Our founder was a businesswoman who tried Bikram Yoga as a way to decrease stress and improve focus. She fell in love with this particular yoga practice and decided to get her Bikram certification. All instructors attended a nine-week, intensive teacher training course that is more than 500 hours long and are certified by Bikram Choudhury to ensure his methods, lineage and philosophy are preserved and properly taught. Our Inferno Hot Pilates Teachers have been trained and mentored by the founder and creator, Gabriella Walters.
