As seen on Pay Per View, Spike, Versus, and Fox."I
started at Bikram Yoga Aurora because I want to start competing in
Sport Jiu-Jitsu again. I let some horrific personal and professional
problems affect me and I lost focus. I gained an enormous amount of
weight. I've lost 120 pounds so far. 30 more to go.
practiced yoga in the past to give me an advantage in competition. So I
went to BYA to help me win more Jiu-Jitsu matches and was surprised to
have my daily back and neck pain disappear. I had accepted that I would
have to live with it for the rest of my life and now It's gone, I mean
Carol is an amazing coach! So far I've brought 7 fighters to
BYA to learn from her. I only teach what I'm an expert in, Bikram Yoga
is not one of them. Obviously, Coach Carol is. I have an extremely
qualified coaching staff. I challenge anyone to find a more qualified
staff in the surrounding states for what I do. Coach Carol has done a
similar thing by assembling an amazing coaching staff. Believe me, I
have a very high standard for what I consider to be amazing coaches.
in June, after a class, I was speaking with another BYA teacher Silver. He said to me, "Bikram
Yoga will change your life if you let it."
I never forgot those words
and I decided to let it.
