Each 90-minute Bikram Yoga class is done in a HEATED room to increase circulation and warm your muscles. The heat allows for a deeper workout, improves cardiovascular health, prevents injury and cleanses the body. Anyone can try this yoga, it's a beginner's series.
Choudhury's series of 26 postures, includes 2 breathing exercises to
benefit every muscle, tendon, joint, ligament, organ, gland and cell in
your body. It will detoxify your body and improve the functioning of
all bodily systems.
